GREENLINE:
Water Purification Systems
Contaminated water treatment system.
Contaminated water treatment system.
Water is one of our earth’s most precious treasures. Industrial and urban development are causes of permanent environmental degradation. Water pollution leads to changes in the natural water cycle. Therefore, when surface water is contaminated with hydrocarbons, reliable and efficient treatment systems must be used. There are standards and legislative decrees that regulate water protection.
Green Line separators are tested, reliable and durable devices. The range consists of high-quality systems made of concrete, steel, polyethylene and polypropylene. Each system is individually measured and customised to suit the construction project, ensuring efficient water treatment for many years.
Green Line concrete separator
The tanks have a monolithic, cylinder-shaped structure. They are made of reinforced concrete and coated with an appropriate treatment to resist acids. The internal components of the separator are made of stainless steel and/or polyethylene.
Green Line steel separator
Steel separators have a cylindrical shape with horizontal development. The inner and outer walls are treated with a special coating to resist corrosion. The tanks are divided internally into a sedimentation tank, flotation chamber and outflow chamber. The flotation chamber is formed by the lamellar pack, which serves to facilitate the separation of oily substances from water.
Green Line polyethylene 10 PE separator
The design of the Green Line 10 PE separators was done according to a detailed finite element analysis. The combination of high quality materials, optimised production processes and the 10 mm wall thickness guarantee maximum stability and durability.
